NATIONAL ENERGY RESEARCH INSTITUTE (NERI)
OVERVIEW
The National Energy Research Institute was set up in 2007 with a key goal of improving New Zealand’s response to the energy challenges of the 21st Century. Straylight is helping them achieve this vision by having a website that acts as a hub for all things energy related.
Straylight developed brand collateral and a phase one website that was focused on getting the NERI name out into the public realm. Once this was achieved we developed that site into a mecca of information that makes up the current NERI website. Our development partnership with NERI continues and we have a few new and exciting ways to help communicate energy related issues to the public coming up in the near future.
Recent additions have been the development of an interactive application that helps users discover where New Zealand’s energy is sourced from, an interactive web booklet for school teachers and pupils to help them make their schools and homes more energy efficient, and a research repository that searches an external database of information for energy related papers and documents upon request.
Key Features:- Energy in New Zealand interactive flash application
