When Mitre Peak Cruises Ltd came to Straylight they already had an existing website. They were going through a re-branding process and as part of that, their website was being reviewed. At face value, the previous Mitre Peak website did the trick visually but behind the scenes it was failing to convert browsers into active purchasers.

So Straylight got the crew at LeftClick involved to generate a usability report on the old site that outlined what was lacking and how it was losing conversions.

We took the existing site and the LeftClick report and constructed their new web presence based around the concepts of simple visual cues and simple booking processes. The new design has increased their conversion rate by over 300%, and as a result is generating a significant portion of their business revenues.

We have recently updated the back end of the website to extend the functionality available to the Mitre Peak team.
